GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All rates are subject to change without prior notice and subject to the availability.
2. One (01) month security deposit is required before arrival date. One-month advance rental and US$500 incidental deposit are required prior or upon check in (for long stay).
3. Deposit will be refunded within thirty (30) working days from departure date, and subject to full settlement of outstanding bills (for long stay).
4. This serviced apartment is for residential purpose only. No events such as weddings, conferences, and other functions are allowed.
5. All furniture, fixture and equipment are provided by the Lessor base on our standard set up for all apartments; there will not be any additional furniture, fixture or equipment provided.
6. Rental rates and all other terms of this Offer Letter are strictly private and confidential.
