ING City represents a remarkably promising development opportunity in Cambodia. Adjacent to and surrounded by the existing urban centre of Phnom Penh, ING City is a master planned satellite city located approximately 3 km south of Independence Monument, connecting with Takhmao to the south and Phnom Penh to the north.
