Sunwah Pearl

The Sunwah Pearl, Phnom Penh is the largest development project of Sunwah in Cambodia. Located on the the Samdech Hun Sen Park Street, and at the junction of three rivers, Tonle Bassac, Tonle Mekong and Tonle Sap, the development involves a 15,000 square meters of land which is planned to develop two luxury residential blocks, a first-class office building, a five-star hotel, a private club house and a large shopping center.

It is designed in harmony with the surrounding architecture with the Royal Palace and Chaktomuk tourist and commercial center. The site is within walking distance to the Royal Palace, the National Museum, Riverside night market, Bar Street, and the Independence Monument. Restaurants and hotels, government offices and embassies are in close vicinity. The complex is practically in the heart of the commercial, cultural and political hub of Phnom Penh.

The project is scheduled to begin construction in mid-2019, with a total construction area of over 430,000 square meters. Total investment amounts to more than US$580 million. The residential blocks are high-rise with 62 floors, the tallest buildings ever built in Cambodia.
