An exclusive interview with Chief Tower's Dato’ Jack Yap and Mr Koy Le San


Earlier this month, ground was broken on an exciting new project in Phnom Penh. Chief Tower, set to be the tallest building in BKK1, will offer retail, office and hotel space. What’s more, the dazzling rooftop will feature the country’s first-ever cantilevered pool.

Spearheaded by JS Property International, Chief Tower is a 158-metre masterpiece in the heart of the city. To learn more about this landmark structure, Realestate.com.kh sat down with Dato’ Jack Yap, managing director of JS Property, and Koy Le San, executive director of the company.

They explained what kind of real estate will be on offer at Chief Tower, and gave us details of some of the projects most impressive features.

What is the background of JS Property?

JS Property International is a group of companies have been in Cambodia for more than 10 years. It operates as a a joint venture between JS & Partner and Chief Real Estate Development (Cambodia) Ltd. Both companies are locally incorporated with local and foreign partners from Cambodia, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
