개관
Sangkat Chakto Mukh (also called Chaktomuk), is a central upmarket area which contains some important Phnom Penh landmarks.
The centrally located Sangkat is one 11 that forms Daun Penh in the nation’s capital and is home to Wat Botum Park, Botumvatey Pagoda, the Independence Monument as well high-end restaurants, cafes, embassies, NGO offices, and boutique hotels.
Daun Penh is undergoing a rapid transformation and modernisation, with new developments, city planning, and infrastructure upgrades. Chakto Mukh remains one of the most popular areas of the city and is one of the most culturally significant.
