Urban Village won regional Best Condo Development award at PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final

Urban Village has won a regional award for the “Best Condo Development” in Asia at the 2019 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, held on Friday 22 November at the Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.

Urban Village is a luxury yet affordable condo development in Phnom Penh city by Urban Hub (Cambodia), a joint venture between Urban Living Solutions and Good Ray Development, a part of Hong Kong-based Goldfame Group.

Urban Village is the only property development project in Cambodia to win an award at this 14th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, considered as Asia’s long-running and most respected real estate awards series.

According to Catherine Chan, Executive Director of Urban Village, there were so many strong contestants entering the competition including those from Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Australia, and Thailand.

“We are actually the only Cambodia-based developer ever to get this award. We are proud to have done something for the country,” Ms. Catherine said.

Ms. Catherine believes the well-thought and unique design of the project, passionately focusing on how to improve the lives of the residents had earned Urban Village this prestigious award.

“We are really passionate in thinking about how to improve lives for our residents and there’s really no one creating this sort of international creative hub in Southeast Asia. We have built a new landmark for Asia,” she said.

“We own the biggest art gallery, the biggest co-working space, the biggest trampoline park, and the biggest skateboarding park. The prices are also very affordable,” she added.
