Miraku Capital & Development Launches G.A.T.O Tower, a 67-Storey Mixed-Use Landmark in BKK1

Miraku Capital & Development Co., Ltd today officially announced the launch of G.A.T.O Tower, a 67-storey mixed-use development located on Street 334 in BKK1, Phnom Penh. The project will integrate premium residential condominiums and a luxury hotel, marking a significant addition to the capital’s evolving skyline.

Situated on a 1,760 sqm land parcel in one of Phnom Penh’s most established urban districts, G.A.T.O Tower will rise approximately 297 metres and deliver a total of 472 residential units alongside 224 hotel rooms. Construction is scheduled to commence in Q2 2026, with completion targeted for Q4 2030.
