On December 29, 2024, the handover ceremony for La Vista One was held at Sokha Hotel in Phnom Penh. Over 150 distinguished guests, including His Excellency Ek Sam Ol, the President of the Cambodia-China Friendship Association, Neak Oknha Ly Kunthai, Advisor to Prime Minister Hun Manet, homeowners, and investors gathered to celebrate the occasion.
