Phnom Penh's skyline is set to welcome a new addition with the opening of the hospitality resort Wyndham Garden, located within the eagerly awaited UC88 Tower project by UC Group.
An agreement-signing ceremony was held at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, marking the beginning of a joint venture between UC Group and Wyndham Hotel & Resort on Monday, 8th April 2024.

The UC88 Tower offers premium residences, featuring a variety of units including studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments with elegant interiors that residents can anticipate.
Moreover, it offers a suite of high-end amenities, including an infinity pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and an outdoor recreational area. The 46th floor will host an expansive sky bar offering panoramic views of the Mekong River and a helipad on the rooftop adds to the exclusivity of this project.
The mixed-use project development also encompasses dedicated Google-styled offices on several floors. UC88 Tower reached its topping-off milestone in November last year and is scheduled for completion in 2025.

Following the completion of the condominium project ‘The View’ on Street 370, and ‘The Golden One’ on Street 360, this marks UC Group’s third project in the BKK1 area.
