In terms of amenities, The SeaGate Suite has a couple of amenities for residents and visitors such as the 700-square-meters infinity pool, a private meeting hall, a shopping center, a market, a fully-equipped gym, a steam room, a spa, a sauna, restaurants, a business center, a multi-functional conference room, a rooftop tarmac, a banquet hall, a luxury casino, a cinema, ktv, a bar, an art gallery, and a helipad on the roof.
The management service fee will also include the usage of services like the 24/7 security, reception, common area cleaning, and common area gardening. The building also has built-in security features such as smoke detectors, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, hose reels, and an emergency sound alarm.
In terms of investment, The SeaGate Suite comes at a lower investment capital, compared to other sea-view projects. It also has a gaining payment term where buyers or investors get interest rate while paying.
