Golden World International

Golden World International is a new mixed-use development project that is located in Por Sen Chey District, Phnom Penh. The area consists of a low-rise residential dwelling and family-owned business situated to the south of Phnom Penh International Airport.


The development project is set to build three buildings with different using purposes; commercial office buildings, shop-houses, and an apartment complex. The development consists of 18 storey in height and is scheduled to complete the construction by 2021. Golden World International is developed by Lianzhanchang Investment Co., Ltd.
