For customers who have paid 100% of the total amount:

Customers who have completed 100% payment for their unit should prepare:

  • Sale and Purchase Agreement for the condominium or house
  • Proof of payment, such as invoices, receipts, bank transfer records, bank statements, Bakong or mobile banking transaction records, or company-issued payment confirmations

  • Property handover letter, if available
  • Ownership certificate or co-ownership certificate, if available

For customers who have NOT yet paid the full amount:

Customers who have not yet completed full payment are required to provide:

  • Proof of payment records and supporting transaction documents
  • Cambodian National ID card or passport
  • Property handover letter, if available

RPR advises buyers to bring both original documents and photocopies when submitting their records for verification and that the information gathered will be used to verify ownership claims and facilitate the process of transferring assets to legitimate purchasers.

The regulator also warned that customers who fail to submit the required documents within the designated period may risk losing benefits related to the verification and transfer process, and RPR will not be responsible for any resulting losses.
