On the 6th of December 2015, Keystone Property Consultants Co., Ltd. officially affiliates with Savills, becoming Savills Cambodia Associate.

Prior to Keystone, our former company was known as Messrs Sunny Asia Investment Co., Ltd., founded in 2013 by Mr. Sunny Soo. Sunny is a real estate specialist in the emerging market. He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Malaysian Board of Valuers and a member of the Institute of Surveyors Malaysia. In Cambodia, Sunny serves as an independent consultant to the Ministry of Economic and Finance on issues pertaining to the drafting of policies relevant to real estate professions and constructions. He helps the ministry in the drafting of Cambodia Valuation Standard. He also possess a valuation license issue by the Ministry of Economics and Finance of Cambodia.
