The project combines hotels, offices, stores, and cultural exchange spaces with the aim of creating a new international business collaboration base in Cambodia and inheriting Japanese building technology through joint projects between Japanese companies and Cambodian companies. Large-scale complex, 23 floors above ground, 4 floors below ground. Construction will start in April, completed in March 2021, and scheduled for grand opening in June 2021.

It is the first Japanese company to develop a large-scale complex in Phnom Penh, and it will adopt steel construction that has almost never been achieved in the country.
