In a meeting with Ang Wee Gee, CEO of Keppel Land Limited in Singapore, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh, Dinh La Thang, discussed an opportunity for a potential investment and partnership to build 6-star or 7-star hotels in the area.
Thang said in an interview that Ho Chi Minh is moving towards a new renovation cycle that had sprung up from a movement that was started 30 years ago.
He believes that a deal with Keppel Land Limited will be a good move towards the city’s development plan. He also encourages foreign entities to invest in building properties in the city as part of unlocking its full potential.
