Borey Galaxy 11 is the first borey development project by Mr. Heng Piseth, a real estate expert. Mr. Piseth vows to offer the best living experience and good quality housing to the company’s targeted middle-class Cambodians after having seen lack of infrastructures in other affordable borey projects compared to those bigger borey projects that come with better infrastructures. Mr. Piseth is ambitious to close these gaps by developing a quality project with a focus on infrastructures and facilities such as green space, swimming pool, fitness center, and proper parking space yet remains affordable and reasonable for his middle-class Cambodian clients.
