The above monthly rental fee include:

- 10%VAT and 2% Accommodation TAX

- complimentary shuttle (16-seat vans) to the city center and Lucky Supermarket, 4 times a day during weekday.During weekend, our complimentary shuttle runs two times only; you can go shopping by our shuttle.

- complimentary use of electricity of up to 750 kWh/month for studio

- complimentary use of running water, internet, wifi, cable-TV, coffee at Sky Lounge, 25-metre-infinity pool, tennis court, gym, kids playroom, rooftop sunset garden and other common area inside the compound.

- complimentary housekeeping two times per week, we change the towels and bed sheet and make clean your apartment.
